New Flavor Creation & Culinary Innovation Center

We are proud to announce the opening of our new R&D lab, the Flavor Creation & Culinary Innovation Center! After months of construction and a $1.5M investment, the new lab has doubled in size and enhanced our ability to create authentic natural and organic flavors and whole food ingredients. The lab handles all product development and flavor creation for our global operations in the U.S. and Asia. The best part is we now have a beautiful, state-of-the-art space where we can collaborate with clients to find the best flavors and ingredients for their next clean-label foods and beverages.

New equipment includes a pilot spray dryer and Kardex Remstar high density storage for flavors and raw materials. And as always, our processing includes a MicroThermics Steam Injection System with in-line homogenization and UHT clean-fill. That means speed to market for our clients’ new product development pipeline.
