AcidReduz reduces the harsh taste of vinegar or acids in sauces, marinades, cultured dairy products, and kombucha beverages without impacting pH levels. It is a sweet flavor enhancer that comes in a powder or liquid form and is available with talin or without. It is used in high acid or sour products to help round out the acid flavor and reduce the acidity.
